It won't do anything means no wizard will open, nothing will happen. It's as if the link didn't work. And I could consistently reproduce this on different versions/instances of the IDE, so it doesn't seem like some odd hitch.
I tried again now with the latest build of JBDS 9.0.0.Alpha (B24) and the same happens there.
Again, to reproduce this issue, I have to go through Server -> New Server -> EAP 6.1+ -> New Runtime.
If, on the other hand, I go through Preferences -> Server -> Runtime Environments -> Add -> EAP 6.1+ and then click the Download button, it will work.
