This is a perfect example of a JIRA that should have simply been CLOSED, not RESOLVED, when the work was done... back in November 2014. Pretty sure there's zero value in having QE check and close stuff like this, especially if we're not currently on M6 and their backlog is so long that they don't do the review until 5 months later. 

Can we start just closing issues for which no QE involvement is required? cc: [~maxandersen] [~mickael_istria]
