Central/EA and TPs are now published automatically to devstudio.redhat.com:

Only thing still missing is that the JBDS target platforms aren't published from https://jenkins.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/hudson/job/jbosstoolstargetplatforms-matrix/ directly into https://devstudio.redhat.com/targetplatforms/, but they are pushed to http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/targetplatforms/jbdevstudiotarget/ (internal)
