I see it too in https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-javaee/blob/master/seam/plugins/org.jboss.tools.seam.core/src/org/jboss/tools/seam/core/messages.properties#L53 but it does not seem to be used anywhere anymore since 2012 and if it was this should only be triggered when using seam.

Could you please specify the exact steps you do and maybe provide a screenshot ? also what version you are using would be great.
