With 4.3.0.Alpha2:

* Install Android SDK from:  http://dl.google.com/android/android-sdk_r24.1.2-linux.tgz
* Attempt to configure the installed SDK in Perferences->Hybrid Mobile->Android
* See the attached screen shot for the "Not a valid Android SDK directory" error.
