Ah, so you mean you reference this:

https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-build/blob/jbosstools-4.2.x/parent/pom.xml#L100

not this:

https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-build/blob/jbosstools-4.2.x/parent/pom.xml#L100

(They're the same thing. jbosstools-build is the project in which the parent pom lives.)
