what part of URL above comes from p2StatsUrl property? I assume http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/usage/installs/jbosstools-build-sites.aggregate.child-sites_4.3.mars/.

new template for p2StatsUrl is: http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/usage/installs/${snapshotLocation}-site/${project.version}/${BUILD_ALIAS}/${buildQualifier} does not match with URL above IMO.
