Fred Bricon commented on JBIDE-20401:
-------------------------------------

- yes, the link should be defined in ide-config.properties. I'm assuming different versions of JBT/JBDS will have different feature sets. ide-config.properties will definitely help us use different urls if necessary. See https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-central/blob/master/discovery/plugins/org.jboss.tools.discovery.core/src/org/jboss/tools/discovery/core/internal/DiscoveryActivator.java#L131 for an example of API usage
- I don't think it's necessary to worry about the label in Eclipse
- link should probably be around https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-openshift/blob/master/plugins/org.jboss.tools.openshift.common.ui/src/org/jboss/tools/openshift/internal/common/ui/connection/ConnectionWizardPage.java#L97, but [~adietish] can probably give you more accurate pointers
- [~mhusnain] is responsible for writing the doc (TOOLSDOC-671), so she can give you an ETA. Until then you can create a stub page, or make ide-config point at whatever url you want for testing purposes.

> Given the very different architecture of OpenShift v3 as compared to v2, we should provide users with a link to docs detailing the differences.
