Would be good to have submodules as we have in other jbosstools repositories.
I would suggest three submodules:
# core - eclipse plug-ins, features, tests and site
# installer - p2-director, installer p2-repository, installer.jar assembly
# results - all related to product web sites

Dependencies between those three would be 
results -> installer -> core
