It still use the older format for build hook generic/github URL, the new URLs format are like below:

Webhook GitHub:		https://<SERVER-DNS>:<PORT>/oapi/v1/namespaces/test/buildconfigs/ruby-sample-build/webhooks/secret101/github

Webhook Generic:	https://<SERVER-DNS>:<PORT>/oapi/v1/namespaces/test/buildconfigs/ruby-sample-build/webhooks/secret101/generic
