[~pleacu] to clarify - there don't need to be *2* installers available at the same time. We could simply just make 1 installer available which will include IS if those bits are available.

I'm not a fan of it currently but must admit from an end user standpoint it simplifies things.

Once you have an installer build available to try out put a link here and we can compare/give feedback.
