Nick Boldt updated JBDS-3465:

                springide37-in-central.png

When I installed all the Spring IDE 3.7 stuff [0] from Central [1] (latest snapshot), I did get a fully working yaml editor [2].

[1] Help > Install new > Work With > https://devstudio.redhat.com/9.0/snapshots/updates/discovery.central/master/ > Uncheck "Group items by category" > filter: "spring"
[2] [^yaml-editor.png]

Why it's needed: it's required by their features. Why they decided to include a yaml editor? Here's why: http://docs.spring.io/sts/nan/latest/NewAndNoteworthy.html

Any more questions? Concerns?
