These are two different components: the bpel thing with version 1.0.5 (https://www.eclipse.org/bpel) is the graphical editor; the other bpel thing version 1.3.100 (https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-bpel) is an extension plugin that provides support for deployment to Riftsaw. Not sure why these very different components are always confused as being one and the same thing...
