I think there are two issues here:
1) consider adding some of these schemas to default catalog (might be some license issue we need to get cleared/checked)

2) the caching issue which I agree to - should be okey to at least cache in the lifetime of eclipse instance or like 24 hrs. This is probably going to be an eclipse upstream issue.
