This is not a bug IMO.  Clearing the message console is not the same as stopping (clicking the red box) the console.  There are no additional logs from completed builds and doing the action in step 3 is to trigger getting logs, but you already have a connection to retrieve logs.  Performing step 3 when you have an active console was coded to show you the console you already had.  I think the expectation that you should see logs again is unrealistic and not generally consistent with other message consoles.  [~fbricon] thoughts?
