I've checked for license files in all the above, including submitting PRs for copyright date & obsolete "updateSiteName" variables. Everything looks good for these projects:

New PRs submitted: 
* aerogear, arquillian, birt, browsersim, portlet (JIRAs reopened)
* webservices
* reddeer
* jbdevstudio-product

No PRs needed: 
* integration-tests (no features), maven-plugins (no features, no licenses), versionwatch
* devdoc, download.jb.org, build, build-ci, and build-sites.
