Upstream regression Mars 4.5.0 XULRunner  [Bug 472956|http://atlassian.com]https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=472956] 
Basically,  XULRunner crashes when profile path does not exist. The workaround is to create profile folder `C:\Users\<USER_NAME>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\eclipse` manually.
