The upstream bug is marked as resolved in Eclipse Mars 4.5.1.
JBT 4.3.0.CR1&GA will be based on Eclipse Mars 4.5.1. But shouldn't we prevent installing VPE&XULrunner on previous versions of Mars (4.5.0)? What about adding dependency on org.eclipse.swt plugin with proper version to our VPE or XULRunner plugin?

Iliya is also working on adding this problem/workaround to the VPE FAQ page which is still relevant for earlier JBT releases based on Mars 4.5.0.
