I have migrated the four features using the guidelines in https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-devdoc/blob/master/source/how_to_use_license_features.adoc

and I am getting this during a build:

Does JBTIS expose org.jboss.tools.foundation.license.feature in a way that we need to import it as a required feature in downstream projects?
