i.e. http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/mars/snapshots/builds/jbosstools-openshift_4.3.mars/latest/all/repo/ has builds from 1. December - but not taking effect upwards.

i.e. http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/mars/snapshots/updates/ contains v20151128 builds, not v20151201 as expected.


(note: redacted comment about snapshot not being a compisite. it is a composite pointing to the aggregate site and it is the aggreagte that is broken)

[~nickboldt] are you 100% http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/mars/snapshots/updates/ is a composite ? if it is why are the openshift content not visible from it ?

i.e. http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/mars/snapshots/updates/ contains v20151128 builds, not v20151201 as expected.
