This will be fixed in Mars release - Teiid Designer 10.0 as well as any follow-on Teiid Designer 9.2.1 Luna releases (more 8.0.5+ or 8.1.x)

Fix is to remove the "<plugin id="org.teiid.designer.webservice.lib"/> entry in main features/pom.xml in the tycho.extras element properties.
