[~burrsutter] the stacktrace seems unrelated, it reports "Failed to load list of Docker containers from cdk2". Do you have the proper stacktrace or am I missing something?
Halting and reprovisioning could be the reason for the above but I cant reproduce it so far.
At what step does this happen to you? When creating the resources or upon import?
