that the sha1 is different between two builds just signal "something changed".

That change could be caused by the build wrongfully taking content from a different branch or developer messing up and we end up with the updatesite going back on version number.

With p2diff we should (at least in theory) be able to detect that the result have regressed and is actually an error instead of a proper change.
