Note that since we retain a JBDS Central connector for OSv2 features, which are installed by default in JBDS 9, I suppose it also makes sense to retain a JBDS Central connector for the OSv3 features too. Therefore I've changed the certification and added the new feature, but have NOT removed the OS connectors from JBDS Central.

If there's quorum on removing it, I can do so. But it doesn't hurt anything to keep it there, and allows quickstarts to ref the connectors as needed. Sure, JBDS probably won't need to invoke the connector like JBT might, but it can't hurt to have it there in case someone uninstalls OS support and wants it back later.
