[~vpakan], I cannot reproduce this issue here. 
If you can still reproduce it here, can you change the "Reload delay" in the LiveReload server configuration (in seconds)? This will add a delay after the changes in index.html page are published and before the reload command is sent to the browser, in case the server did not have time to redeploy the page.
