This is a regression caused by JBIDE-21027 (https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-central/pull/365/files#diff-7eb66e6dbd87039d491a311818177cbfR450). While the property key hasn't changed. the underlying preference store has, but the property listener doesn't apply to the new store, so EA change events are now ignored.
