This is the beginning of reworking the explorer view where a bulk of the content is moved to the properties view.  This is just an initial modification to add tabbed view capability for the properties.  The change will allow us to shift the workload from a node tree to various tabbed paged implementations.    This follow the desire of [~maxandersen] to reduce the clutter and should allow for us to make some more interesting visualizations of the OpenShift resources
