Going to assume you want this feature [1] added to the 4.60.x TPs from this mirror [2].

Going to further assume you want that feature added to the JBT/JBDS update sites INSTEAD of the one removed via the PRs above (org.jboss.tools.jst.js.feature), and that this new feature should also replace the removed one in the JBDS core feature.xml too.
