I've added the Maven Project wizard to the File > New menu in the Java EE perspective (already existed in JBoss one)

We can't add it directly to the New > menu though, as we can't add random categories to existing wizards (this one being contributed by m2e). See http://help.eclipse.org/luna/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg.eclipse.platform.doc.isv%2Fguide%2Fdialogs_wizards_newWizards.htm

Please reopen if you find another way to do so.
