Suggested PR was merged and fixed (to uncomment Mockito).
It currently builing on https://jenkins.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/hudson/view/DevStudio/view/DevStudio_Master/job/jbosstoolstargetplatforms-matrix/367/

If you're using .target file in IDE, please pull the new version from 4.50.x branch and reload it in your IDE.
When CI build is finished, JBT builds will be able to have dependencies against Mockito.
