I'm saying that Tern moved from JBDS TP to JBDS update site, so while we were in a "not all the PRs committed / not everything rebuilt" state, it wasn't in JBDS 9.0.0.pre-Alpha1.

And no, the versions of Tern are not 29M different in size. Will download a newer 9.0.0.Alpha1 and compare it to 8.1.0.Beta1 bits to see what's different.
