I have tested the issue on RHEL 6.5 (USB Live OS) and Ubuntu 14.04 and haven't succeeded to reproduce it.
The issue seems to happen when an OS contains NSS libraries that are newer than those contained in JBT/JBDS (RHEL 6 with all updates, for instance).

Maybe we should replace NSS libraries in the org.mozilla.xulrunner.gtk.linux.x86_64 plugin with a newer version.
