At https://www.jboss.org/products/devstudio/download/ there are several links and one of them is "Update Site" for downloading the zip file.

I suggest to change it to "Update Site Zip" so that it more meaningful.
This is also useful for users which don't like reading and are used to search keywords such as "zip" ;-)
