    Steps to Reproduce: 
1. open File, New, Other.., CDI Web Project
2. choose CDI 1.1 and go on 4th page
ASSERT: wizard asks about beans.xml generation
3. now choose CDI 1.2 and go on 4th page
FAIL: wizard doesnt ask about beans.xml generation
