Guys I'm really sorry for this tern.java problem -(

As I have tried to explain, it exists again some performance problem with tern script path (tern.java must support exclude tern script path).

My idea is to integrate the path pattern of jshint-eclipse https://github.com/eclipsesource/jshint-eclipse/blob/master/bundles/com.eclipsesource.jshint.ui/src/com/eclipsesource/jshint/ui/internal/preferences/PathPattern.java With that I could support too .jshintrc files to the JSHint tern support.

So to avoid having a problem like this, I think we should decide together which issues are important for tern.java.
