[~xcoulon] can you review this PR? It seems that the url for 8.x release notes is now ....8.x.x_Release_Notes... instead of ...Release_Notes_8.x.x...
I checked that for JBDS 7.1 the old URL still works.

[~mmurray], were you aware of this change? Could you think of any other place that could be affected by this?
