This jira is afaics just about not blowing up - meaning it is not requesting to add any new features with respect to websockets just that you can deploy websocket based apps and that means "support war development with Java 7 for Java EE 7" which we do.

Thus I'm devel ack' this and this will be mainly a QE task to spot if there are any surprises with respect to websockets in examples that fails for us in some way.
