I've dev ack'ed this and would like to resolve it but QE needs to ack first.

Things QE should check:

* that examples from javaee 7 related to websockets imports and builds without problems
* that run as works
* check there are no xml or other metadata in websocket spec that we will mark as invalid 
* check that if there are any CDI features related to websocket spec that we don't mark those as invalid
