So if I had to guess I'd say Eclipse's reference to the temp folder is broken. First there's a full path, but then it's incomplete, and as a result Eclipse can't copy C:\Users\Burr\AppData\Local\Temp\jbds_2977bd496140_c0a83801d922\D\gettingstarted2\jbds8ga\studio\jbdevstudio.exe back to D:\gettingstarted2\jbds8ga\studio\jbdevstudio.exe

I notice your log also complains about not being able to resolve URLs like https://devstudio.redhat.com/updates/8.0.0/jboss-devstudio-8.0.2.GA* ... that's a real bug. But unrelated to this.
