   2. Start jbdevstudio or eclipse-with-jbds from step 1, then:
       Help > Install New Software...
       Add...
       - use this for 'Location:'

   2. Start eclipse-with-jbt from step 1, then:
       Help > Install New Software...
       Add...
       - use this for 'Location:'
