[~rhopp] : as mentioned in my previous comment, you need to add tags="earlyaccess". The wizard will be hidden if EA is disabled, shown when enabled like in  [http://screencast.com/t/ZSflcisGmSmG](http://screencast.com/t/ZSflcisGmSmG)
