PR squashed and pushed to master. -Not sure why I couldn't build w/ 0.22.0 (but 0.22.1-SNAPSHOT worked).- Reason for using 0.22.1-SNAPSHOT was re: JBIDE-15135, which I must have had locally for testing. (see https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-build/commit/fc2e5c818581750330c1812e660fdbe04f83839d )

So... now we have 0.22.0 in there, with the option to override the version (if we need to move up to 0.22.1 later).

Max opened a PR ( https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-build/pull/168 ) to rename the new variable, but for now I need to reject that.

Alternatively, we can rename it and then push PRs to downstream consumers, but that seems like extra work just to change JBoss to jboss in a variable name.
