There are changes in jbosstools-server since 4.2.2.Final was released but the versions of plugins/features have not incremented.

So, please upversion all your plugins & features, or at the very least, org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.jmx.integration, so that it's at least up to version 3.0.2.
