RC3 was released [1] on June 5 after our TP was locked down [2] on June 3, so there was no chance to pick that up for Beta1.

Therefore we include Mars RC2 [3].

But that said, why wouldn't check for updates in the Mars RC2 JavaEE bundle find and install updates to move users to Mars R JavaEE?
