Overall/alltime shows SVN installs beat Subclipse as well (1.28M vs. 1.15M): http://marketplace.eclipse.org/metrics/successful_installs

I guess either way as long as we bundle w/ the latest SVNKit installation from Central will be a 1-step process (rather than the 2-step process shown on the Subversive marketplace entry):
