The newest version of JBDS-IS 7.x is JBDS-IS 7.1.0.GA but the following update site

https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/7.0/integration-stack/

contains JBDS-IS 7.0.3.GA. Also installation if JBDS-IS from JBoss Central install the old version.
