PRs to add it to the Core Tools category of the JBT/JBDS update sites:

Please review, [~maxandersen] [~fbricon] [~mickael_istria] [~ldimaggio].

So far these new plugins are ONLY in the JBT/JBDS target platforms. Once the PRs above are merged, they'll be in the JBT/JBDS update sites, but not in Central or JBDS BYOE. Other possible things we could do here are listed as "TODO?" entries in the issue description. For now I am assuming that they will NOT be done for Beta2. Should that change, please let me know.
