    Steps to Reproduce: 
# ASSERT: make sure that you have a v3 connection in explorer
# EXEC: pick "Manage Projects" from context menu 
# EXEC: Remove all projects
# EXEC: Close wizard

Result:
The explorer shows an empty line for the connection.

The very same also happens if you create a new project as reported in duplicate JBIDE-20310

  was:
