[~rob.stryker], what I was suggesting is that we could add a note to the New Server wizard.

Something like: The selected profile does not require a runtime, but JMX connection will not be available in such case.

It may be viewed as a poor solution because users can overlook it, but it's better than nothing it won't clutter the UI with more warnings.
