looking in history we have BrowserUtil (https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-base/blob/master/common/plugins/org.jboss.tools.common.ui/src/org/jboss/tools/common/ui/BrowserUtil.java) that was static and we *deliberately* made BrowserUtility non-static back  in april 2014: https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-base/commit/b83c1e8ba56bc38034971bab19da3c43ba953ef8 as part of https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-16896
